If canceled, 30 days prior to the arrival date- no retention will be levied.
If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date 50% refund is applicable.
If canceled, 07 days prior to the arrival date one night's (first night) retention is levied.
If canceled, 72 Hours prior to the arrival date- entire stay will be charged/levied
All No shows will also attract 100% retention charges
In times of cancellations from medical emergencies, we require valid certifications.
(Amount will be refunded as per above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash).
